Ind. Code § 5-1.2-11.5-2 – "Utility"

As used in this chapter, "utility" means:

(1) a public utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1 (a));
(2) a municipally owned utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1 (h)); or
(3) a not-for-profit utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-125 (a));
that provides water or wastewater service to the public.
