Notwithstanding any requirement of this chapter, a person who complies with:

1. (1) Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. 12181); and

2. (2) the Americans with Disabilities Act Guidelines adopted by the United States Department of Justice;

   complies with this chapter.
