Ind. Code § 5-14-6-1

"Public agency"

As added by P.L.51-2003, SEC.1. Amended by P.L.2-2007, SEC.102.

As used in this chapter, "public agency" includes the following:

  1. (1) The judicial branch of state government.
  2. (2) A state agency (as defined in IC 4-13-1-1 ).
  3. (3) A body corporate and politic created by statute.
  4. (4) A state educational institution.
