- (a) If the counselor determines that a complaint has priority, the counselor shall issue an advisory opinion on the complaint not later than seven (7) days after the complaint is filed.
- (b) The counselor shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 establishing criteria for complaints that have priority.
