"Public access laws" defined
As added by P.L.70-1999, SEC.4 and P.L.191-1999, SEC.4.
As used in this chapter, "public access laws" refers to:
- (1) IC 5-14-1.5 ;
- (2) IC 5-14-3 ; or
- (3) any other state statute or rule governing access to public meetings or public records.
