Ind. Code § 5-14-4-3 – "Public access laws" defined

As used in this chapter, "public access laws" refers to:

(1) IC 5-14-1.5 ;
(2) IC 5-14-3 ; or
(3) any other state statute or rule governing access to public meetings or public records.
