This chapter applies to the following funds:

1. (1) Funds raised by bonds issued for a future specific purpose.
2. (2) Sinking funds.
3. (3) Depreciation reserve funds.
4. (4) Gifts.
5. (5) Bequests or endowments.
6. (6) Any other funds available for investment.
