Factors to be considered as evidence of a service provider's ESG commitment may include one (1) or more of the following:

1. (1) Advertising.
2. (2) Statements.
3. (3) Explanations.
4. (4) Reports.
5. (5) Letters to clients.
6. (6) Communications with portfolio companies.
7. (7) Statements of principles.

8. (8) Participation in, affiliation with, or status as a signatory to:

   1. (A) a coalition;
   2. (B) an initiative;
   3. (C) a joint statement of principles; or
   4. (D) an agreement.
