Ind. Code § 5-10.2-1-6

"Retirement fund law"

"Retirement fund law" as used in this article means the statutes governing:

(1) the Indiana state teachers' retirement fund;
(2) the public employees' retirement fund; and
(3) the Indiana public retirement system.
