Ind. Code § 5-1-17.1-3 – "Bonds"

As used in this chapter, "bonds" means bonds, notes, commercial paper, or other evidences of indebtedness. The term includes obligations (as defined in IC 8-9.5-9-3 ) and swap agreements (as defined in IC 8-9.5-9-4 ).
