- (a) The board may adopt the bylaws and rules it considers necessary for the proper conduct of its duties and the safeguarding of the funds and property entrusted to its care.
- (b) The board shall, without complying with IC 4-22-2 , adopt the code of ethics in executive order 05-12 for its members and employees.
