As used in this chapter, "educational facility" means any property located within Indiana that:

1. (1) is suitable for:

   1. (A) the instruction, feeding, recreation, or housing of students;
   2. (B) the conduct of research or other work of a nonprofit college or university; or
   3. (C) use by a nonprofit college or university in connection with any educational, research, or related or incidental activity conducted by the nonprofit college or university;

2. (2) is suitable for use as or in connection with:

   1. (A) an academic facility;
   2. (B) an administrative facility;
   3. (C) an agricultural facility;
   4. (D) an assembly hall;
   5. (E) an athletic facility;
   6. (F) an auditorium;
   7. (G) a boating facility;
   8. (H) a campus;
   9. (I) a communication facility;
   10. (J) a computer facility;
   11. (K) a continuing education facility;
   12. (L) a classroom;
   13. (M) a dining hall;
   14. (N) a dormitory;
   15. (O) an exhibition hall;
   16. (P) a firefighting facility;
   17. (Q) a fire prevention facility;
   18. (R) a food service and preparation facility;
   19. (S) a gymnasium;
   20. (T) a greenhouse;
   21. (U) a health care facility;
   22. (V) a hospital;
   23. (W) housing;
   24. (X) an instructional facility;
   25. (Y) a laboratory;
   26. (Z) a library;
   27. (AA) a maintenance facility;
   28. (BB) a medical facility;
   29. (CC) a museum;
   30. (DD) offices;
   31. (EE) a parking area;
   32. (FF) a physical education facility;
   33. (GG) a recreational facility;
   34. (HH) a research facility;
   35. (II) a stadium;
   36. (JJ) a storage facility;
   37. (KK) a student union;
   38. (LL) a study facility;
   39. (MM) a theater; or
   40. (NN) a utility;
3. (3) is not used or to be used for sectarian instruction or study or as a place for devotional activities or workshop; and

4. (4) is not used or to be used primarily in connection with any part of the program of a school or department of divinity for any religious denomination.
