Ind. Code § 5-1-16-27
Negotiability of bonds
As added by P.L.45-1983, SEC.1.
Regardless of whether the bonds are in the form and character of negotiable instruments, the bonds are negotiable instruments, subject only to provisions of the bonds relating to registration.
