As used in this chapter, "hostile foreign country" means one (1) or more of the following:

1. (1) The People's Republic of China.
2. (2) The Russian Federation.
3. (3) The People's Republic of North Korea.
4. (4) The Islamic Republic of Iran.
5. (5) A foreign country listed in 15 CFR 791.4.
6. (6) A country designated as a threat to critical infrastructure by the governor under IC 1-1-16-8 .
