Ind. Code § 4-6-17-6 – "Foreign terrorist organization"

As used in this chapter, "foreign terrorist organization" means any organization designated by the United States government as a Foreign Terrorist Organization under Section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189).
