As used in this chapter, "foreign supported political organization" means a political party, or a domestic partnership, an association, a corporation, an organization, or any other combination of persons:

1. (1) that has, within the previous three (3) calendar years, received money or anything of value from a covered foreign principal or an agent, unless the money or thing of value:

   1. (A) was obtained through bona fide commercial activity engaged in connection with an arm's length transaction; or

   2. (B) is less than ten percent (10%) of the annual revenue of the:

      1. (i) political party;
      2. (ii) domestic partnership;
      3. (iii) association;
      4. (iv) corporation;
      5. (v) organization; or
      6. (vi) other combination of persons; and
2. (2) that engages in political activity.
