As used in this chapter, "covered foreign principal" means one (1) or more of the following:

1. (1) The government of a hostile foreign country, a political party of a hostile foreign country, or any member of a political party of a hostile foreign country.
2. (2) A nonresident alien of a hostile foreign country.
3. (3) A partnership, an association, a corporation, an organization, or any other combination of persons organized under the laws of, or having its principal place of business in, a hostile foreign country.
4. (4) A partnership, an association, a corporation, an organization, or any other combination of persons that is at least fifty-one percent (51%) beneficially owned by a hostile foreign country, the government of a hostile foreign country, a nonresident alien of a hostile foreign country, or an entity organized under the laws of, or having its principal place of business in, a hostile foreign country.
