As used in this chapter, "agent of a covered foreign principal" means a person who meets all of the following:

1. (1) A person who either:

   1. (A) is an agent, a representative, an employee, or a servant; or

   2. (B) acts in any capacity at the order, request, or under the direction or control;

      of a covered foreign principal.

2. (2) A person whose activities are directly or indirectly financed in whole or in part by a covered foreign principal.
3. (3) A person who engages in political activity on behalf of a covered foreign principal in Indiana.
