Ind. Code § 4-6-17-15 – Rescinding a designation as an affiliate of a foreign terrorist organization

(a) A designation under section 13 of this chapter remains in effect until rescinded by the governor.
(b) The governor shall rescind a designation under section 13 of this chapter only if:
1. (1) the governor determines that the designation was erroneous; or
2. (2) the governor determines that the actions of the person or entity that support the designation occurred more than five (5) years ago.
