In addition to the rules adopted under section 19(c) of this chapter, the authority may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter, including a rule to protect confidential or proprietary financial or trade secret information included in reports provided to the authority by SNG producers, energy utilities, or regulated energy utilities.
