1. (a) The authority shall establish and administer a separate account known as the substitute natural gas account.
2. (b) The account consists of payments credited to the account under section 20(b)(3) of this chapter.
3. (c) The authority shall use the account to provide funding and pay expenses to satisfy the obligations of this chapter.
