Ind. Code § 4-4-11.5-7.2 – "Ismel"

As used in this chapter, "ISMEL" refers to the Indiana secondary market for education loans, incorporated, designated by the governor under IC 20-12-21.2-2 (before its repeal) or IC 21-16-5-1 .
