Ind. Code § 4-4-11.5-13.5 – "Special volume cap"

As used in this chapter, "special volume cap" means the maximum dollar amount of bonds that may be allocated to the state under the authority of a federal act. The special volume cap is in addition to the volume cap as defined in section 14 of this chapter.
