Ind. Code § 4-4-11.5-1

"Bond"

As used in this chapter, "bond" means any:

  1. (1) bond or mortgage credit certificate for which it is necessary to procure volume under the volume cap under Section 146 of the Internal Revenue Code; or
  2. (2) bond or other obligation for which a special volume cap is authorized under a federal act.
