Ind. Code § 4-4-11-35 – Payment of expenses and power to incur indebtedness; limitations; authority budget

(a) All expenses incurred by the authority in carrying out the affected statutes shall be payable solely from funds provided under the affected statutes, and nothing in the affected statutes shall be construed to authorize the authority to incur indebtedness or liability of the state or any political subdivision of it.
(b) The authority shall annually prepare a budget that allocates the expenses incurred by the authority in an equitable manner among the various financing programs administered by the authority.
