A certificate holder or vendor shall promptly report to the commission any information relating to:

1. (1) criminal or disciplinary proceedings commenced against the certificate holder or vendor in connection with its operations;
2. (2) bets or wagers that violate state or federal law;
3. (3) abnormal betting activity or patterns that may indicate a concern regarding the integrity of a sporting event or events;
4. (4) any potential breach of the relevant sport's governing body's internal rules and codes of conduct pertaining to sports wagering;
5. (5) any other conduct that corrupts a betting outcome of a sporting event or events for purposes of financial gain; and

6. (6) suspicious or illegal wagering activities, including use of funds derived from illegal activity, wagers to conceal or launder funds derived from illegal activity, using agents to place wagers, and using false identification.

   A certificate holder or vendor shall also promptly report information relating to conduct described in subdivision (3), (4), or (5) to the relevant sports governing body.
