Ind. Code § 4-38-4-3

Applications; initial fee; satellite facilities

As added by P.L.293-2019, SEC.43.
  1. (a) A licensed owner, operating agent, or permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a riverboat operated under IC 4-33 or a property described in IC 4-38-2-11 (3) must:

    1. (1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each licensed facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and
    2. (2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
  2. (b) A permit holder that wishes to offer sports wagering under this article at a satellite facility operated under IC 4-31-5.5 must:

    1. (1) submit an application to the commission in the manner prescribed by the commission for each satellite facility in which the applicant wishes to conduct sports wagering; and
    2. (2) pay an initial fee of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000).
