The chief executive officer of the museum shall install and maintain the following:

1. (1) Appropriate public signage on and around the museum that displays the name of the great hall.
2. (2) A plaque located at an appropriate spot in the museum describing the highlights of the life and career of Governor Frank O'Bannon.
