1. (a) A person who:

   1. (1) is not an employee of a licensee;
   2. (2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and

   3. (3) enters the licensee's gambling game facility;

      commits a Class C infraction.

2. (b) A person who:

   1. (1) is not an employee of a licensee;
   2. (2) is less than twenty-one (21) years of age; and

   3. (3) attempts to enter the licensee's gambling game facility;

      commits a Class C infraction.
