Ind. Code § 4-35-4-5.1 – Application of 2016 amendments

(a) Section 5 of this chapter, as in effect before July 1, 2015, applies to an injury or occupational disease occurring before July 1, 2015.
(b) Section 5 of this chapter, as amended during the 2016 session of the general assembly, applies to an injury or occupational disease occurring after June 30, 2015.
