Ind. Code § 4-33-4-5

Licensing standards

As added by P.L.277-1993(ss), SEC.124. Amended by P.L.229-2013, SEC.11.

The commission shall adopt standards for the licensing of the following:

  1. (1) Persons regulated under this article.
  2. (2) Electronic or mechanical gambling games.
  3. (3) Limited mobile gaming systems and mobile gaming devices.
