Nonprofit specified recipients; conflict of interest statements

As added by P.L.82-2011, SEC.1.
  1. (a) Each nonprofit specified recipient must have a conflict of interest statement that complies with state and federal law, and must provide the commission with a copy of the statement.
  2. (b) Each nonprofit specified recipient must provide the commission with a copy of its bylaws.
