Ind. Code § 4-33-22-25

Matches and exhibitions; age limits; gaming and other restrictions; penalties

As added by P.L.113-2010, SEC.11.
  1. (a) A person shall not:

    1. (1) permit any person less than eighteen (18) years of age to participate in any boxing or sparring match or exhibition;
    2. (2) permit any gambling on the result of, or on any contingency in connection with, any boxing or sparring match or exhibition conducted by it; or
    3. (3) participate in or permit any sham or collusive boxing or sparring match or exhibition.
  2. (b) A person who violates this section, in addition to any criminal penalty:

    1. (1) shall have the person's license or permit revoked, suspended, or restricted by the commission;
    2. (2) shall be placed on probation by the commission;
    3. (3) shall pay a civil penalty imposed by the commission not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000);
    4. (4) is ineligible for a license or permit at any future time; or
    5. (5) is subject to the imposition by the commission of any combination of the penalties set forth in subdivisions (1) through (4).
