1. (a) In accordance with IC 35-45-18-1 (b), the commission shall adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to regulate the conduct of the following:

   1. (1) Mixed martial arts.

   2. (2) Martial arts, including the following:

      1. (A) Jujutsu.
      2. (B) Karate.
      3. (C) Kickboxing.
      4. (D) Kung fu.
      5. (E) Tae kwon do.
      6. (F) Judo.
      7. (G) Sambo.
      8. (H) Pankration.
      9. (I) Shootwrestling.
   3. (3) Professional wrestling.
   4. (4) Boxing and bare-knuckle fighting.
   5. (5) Sparring.

2. (b) The unified rules:

   1. (1) are incorporated by reference into this chapter;
   2. (2) have the same force and effect as though fully set forth in this chapter; and
   3. (3) apply only to the commission's regulation of conduct described in subsection (a).
3. (c) If there is a conflict between the unified rules and this chapter, this chapter applies and prevails.
