1. (a) A worker or operator conducting or assisting in the conduct of a casino game night must wear a legible identification card on the individual's clothing.

2. (b) The identification card required under subsection (a) must include:

   1. (1) the person's first and last name; and
   2. (2) the name of the qualified organization licensed to conduct the event.
