Taxes transferred for deposit in the charity gaming enforcement fund
As added by P.L.58-2019, SEC.4.
The department shall transfer all taxes collected under this chapter to the commission for deposit in the charity gaming enforcement fund established by IC 4-32.3-7-1 .
