Ind. Code § 4-31-2.1-4
"Breakage" or "breaks"
As added by P.L.105-2022, SEC.2.
"Breakage" or "breaks" means the odd cents of all redistributions to be made on all mutuel contributions exceeding a sum equal to the next lowest multiple of ten (10).
