Conducting, aiding, or abetting pari-mutuel wagering without a permit; violation; Level 6 felony

- (a) A person who is not a permit holder may not conduct, or aid or abet the conducting of, a horse racing meeting at which pari-mutuel wagering is permitted. Each day of racing in violation of this section constitutes a separate offense.
- (b) A person who violates this section commits a Level 6 felony.
