Ind. Code § 4-30-14-2

Violations; Class A misdemeanor

As added by P.L.341-1989(ss), SEC.1.

A person who:

  1. (1) induces another person to assign or transfer a right to claim a prize;
  2. (2) offers for sale the right to claim a prize; or

  3. (3) offers for compensation to claim the prize of another person;

    commits a Class A misdemeanor.
