Ind. Code § 4-3-6-7

Presenting plan to general assembly in form of bill; enactment

  1. (a) Each reorganization plan shall be presented by the governor to the general assembly in the form of a bill.
  2. (b) Each reorganization plan so submitted by the governor shall take effect if and when it is enacted as a law by the general assembly in accordance with the constitution of the state of Indiana.
