State budget; revenue estimate

As amended by P.L.215-2016, SEC.15.

The budget agency shall make available to a governor elect and the governor elect's designated representatives information on the following:

(1) All information and reports used in the preparation of the state budget.
(2) All information on projected income and revenue estimates for the state.
