Ind. Code § 4-3-23.1-9

"Unit"

As added by P.L.50-2023, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "unit" means a county or a municipality, as specified in:

(1) IC 8-1-41-6 , in the case of a wind power project; or
(2) IC 8-1-42-8 , in the case of a commercial solar project.
