Ind. Code § 4-3-23.1-8

"Project owner"

As added by P.L.50-2023, SEC.1.

As used in this chapter, "project owner" has the meaning set forth in:

(1) IC 8-1-41-5 , in the case of a wind power project; or
(2) IC 8-1-42-7 , in the case of a commercial solar project.
