Appointment of voting members; conditions
As added by P.L.12-1991, SEC.1.
The members appointed by the governor must include at least the following:
- (1) Two (2) representatives of small business.
- (2) One (1) representative of the Indiana State Building Trades Council.
- (3) One (1) representative from the Indiana State AFL-CIO.
