Complaints against a department; filing requirements
As added by P.L.12-1991, SEC.1.
A person who believes that a department has violated IC 8-23-9 , IC 8-23-11 , or IC 36-1-12-3 may file a written complaint with the board. The complaint must set forth the alleged violation.
