Submission of compact to the Secretary of State
As added by P.L.255-2015, SEC.1.
Upon receipt of an act ratifying a tribal-state compact, the governor shall cause the ratified tribal-state compact to be deposited with the secretary of state under IC 4-3-1-1 .
