Ind. Code § 4-23-36-5 – Terms of commission members

(a) A member of the commission may be reappointed for successive terms.
(b) The following members serve a two (2) year term that expires June 30 of an odd-numbered year:
1. (1) A member of the general assembly appointed to the commission under section 4 of this chapter.
2. (2) A member appointed to the commission under section 4(a)(3) or 4(a)(4) of this chapter.
(c) A member appointed to the commission under section 4(a)(10) of this chapter serves a term that expires December 31, 2028, and each fourth year thereafter.
