1. (1) The director of the children's special health care services program.
2. (2) The director of the first steps program.
3. (3) The chair of the governor's interagency coordinating council for early intervention.
4. (4) The chair of the children's special health care services advisory council under 410 IAC 3.2-11.
5. (5) The director of the division of special education created under IC 20-35-2-1 .
6. (6) The director of the division of mental health and addiction.
7. (7) One (1) representative of the Indiana chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
8. (8) One (1) representative of a family advocacy group.
9. (9) Three (3) parents of children with special health needs.

10. (10) Three (3) parents of children who are enrolled in the:

    1. (A) children's health insurance program under IC 12-17.6 ; or
    2. (B) Medicaid managed care program for children.
    3. (b) The members under subdivisions (1) and (2) are nonvoting members.
