1. (b) The adoption of any rule by the fire prevention and building safety commission before July 1, 2027, is legalized and validated and considered a rule of the department of homeland security after June 30, 2027.

Sec. 0.3. (a) The adoption of any rule by a state agency without the approval of the fire prevention and building safety commission established under IC 22-12-2-1 (before its repeal) before July 1, 1987, is legalized and validated.
