- (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), a person who applies to be a mediator under this chapter must be qualified as a mediator under Rule 2.5 of the Indiana Supreme Court Rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution.
- (b) Subject to approval of the administrative law judge, the parties may agree on any person to serve as a mediator.
